Nicole Di Braccio - Trustee

Nicole Di Braccio began her real estate career in 2000 and by 2003 she was running her own commercial real estate brokerage.  She sold her first distressed asset in 2004 and has since conducted numerous sales via REO, short sale, auction, and note sales.  Nicole purchased her first piece of real estate at the age of 21, and has been actively growing her real estate portfolio since.

In 2007, Nicole had the opportunity to compete on The Apprentice and was a finalist that received constant praise from Donald Trump.  She became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) in 2008 and started working closely with varies banks to sell their distressed assets/notes.

Nicole began her real estate career specializing in hotels and gas stations, and has been an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker for over 20 years. Additionally, she has performed real estate transactions for office buildings, multi-family, retail, medical use, multi-use, land, mobile/manufactured homes, broken condos and bulk residential. Nicole has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar transactions. 

Nicole graduated from Northern Illinois University with honors and a B.A. in Business and has a Real Estate degree from Kishwaukee College. While at Northern, Nicole was very involved in the American Marketing Association and worked closely with Meals on Wheels, which included personally delivering meals three days a week while a full-time college student also working three jobs to fund her college education.  Nicole has received numerous awards from NIU as a distinguished alumnus and still donates to the College of Business and loves helping Women Entrepreneurs. 

Nicole has traveled around the world training about real estate investing and putting money to work, instead of working for it. She has trained in most US States, most Canadian Provinces, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, throughout Europe and throughout Asia. She had the privileged of training through Rich Dad Education and representing Robert Kiyosaki, author of the best selling book Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

Originally from Naperville, Nicole, along with her family, relocated to Winston Salem, North Carolina during Covid for real estate opportunities. Together with her husband, Joe, they own/manage nearly 500 doors in Winston Salem alone.  Their real estate investments span many states and asset classes.  Joe and Nicole also opened and operated Caffe di Moda in Lisle, a local coffee shop serving Italian street food.

Joe and Nicole love raising their family in Seven Bridges.  Their son, Luca, is in the Dual Language program at River Woods Elementary School as a Kindergartener. Their daughter, Sienna, recently celebrated her first birthday.  As a mom, Nicole feels it’s essential to show her kids the importance of giving back and being a part of your community.
